Tadasana 2024

A workshop to help deepen our connection to the sacred lands and become more familiar with the healing plants and flora of Mt Baldy. We will gather together in community, circling up for discussion and to learn about the practice of conscious foraging. Our discussion will include how we honor and connect with the plants, and how we create a relationship of symbiosis, rather than being strictly consumers. We will then journey together to walk and forage for what we will use to craft our own take-home ritual smoke-cleansing wands, which will be used to cleanse and clear our homes. This will help us co-create and connect to the sacred space of Mt. Baldy and bring an anchor of this experience into our own homes.
